In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Make well in the centre and pour in the milk, egg, melted butter and honey. Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
Finish off with your favourite fruit and drizzle with Tawari Honey.
Serve with whipped cream or dust with icing sugar if you are a total sweet tooth.
