- We have changed pricing for all stock in our on-line shop to include GST. Shipping in New Zealand remains free for orders over $60.
- With COVID-19 precautions across the world, there may be interruptions and/or delays with delivery of online orders.
Always provide us with the full address with proper postal code and contact phone number, otherwise we cannot assure delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We reserve the right to change the delivery option if we deem it prudent for safety, security or assured delivery. We will let you know if this is necessary.
Delivery is not available on public holidays.

Within New Zealand
Shipping in New Zealand is free for orders over $60. For orders under $60, postal charges will be applied as follows:
Flat rate delivery charge of $8 for North Island and $12 for South Island.
For parcels within New Zealand, we use New Zealand Post and Posthaste Couriers. Delivery time is between 1-5 days New Zealand wide. Customers with rural delivery need to allow extra working days for delivery.
International Shipping
We use New Zealand Post International Courier Service, which is a tracked service and requires signature for receipt, so please provide an address where this signature can be obtained. Delivery can take 4-7 days under normal circumstances.
We deliver to most countries across the world, but not to the following countries where there are restrictions: Switzerland, Russia, Western Australia, Tasmania, South Africa, Fiji, Romania, Czech Republic, Thailand and Vietnam
The following limitations apply as maximum per shipment for the countries stated:

If you require orders greater than the limits above, then simply split your order into multiple packages.
All deliveries outside of New Zealand do not include payment of any country specific tax or customs duty. Any country specific restrictions, taxes or customs duty are the recipient’s responsibility.
